How do you distill the sound of Scottish psychedelia into image? This was the problem Edinburgh based Bernstrum and the Men asked me to solve. They were in need of visuals to promote their vibrant and energetic recordings and performances.

Drawing from a range of references: Pictish iconography, art noveau illustration and Czech typography, the band and I have developed a visual language that expresses the richness, chaos and texture of the music they play.
